A thought for those pondering on whether to hire or not to hire..

Why You Need a Professional Property Manager
The Benefits of Hiring a Professional Property Manager
Saves you time, work, and stress:
You don't have to hire someone to clean, paint, or make repairs.
You don't have to advertise, take rental calls, and show the property.
You don't have to screen applications and be apprehensive about who to pick.
You don't have to execute a rental agreement, worry about adding addendums, fill out the move-in inspection report, and deposit money.
You don't have tenants calling at all hours of the day and night.
You don't have to confront tenants on tough issues like collecting rent or taking better care of the property.
You don't have to collect NSF checks.
You don't have to serve legal notices or start an eviction.
You don't have to schedule and fill out the move-out inspection report.
You don't have to mail the tenant's accounting report and refund check.
You don't have to start the process all over again.
You don't have to worry about the property or be shocked by its condition when you hire a Professional Property Manager. Professional Property Managers are dedicated to selecting quality tenants and keeping your investment in good repair with minimal cost. They want your real estate investment to be a success not a failure. One last benefit - your leasing and management fees are usually a tax deduction.
Are there good reasons for managing your own rental property? Are they worth the risk?

Whether you do or you dont! i think we can work together.

Paragon Property Group GA wants you to know the benefits of
Property Leasing and management.
Do you know the business?

Whether you do or you dont, i think we can work together.
Primarily, members of traditional Real Estate companies are focused on home sales, representing buyers and sellers in a transaction. This is great! Paragon Property Group GA wants to introduce themselves to you. Creating fine relationships with these types of companies is important to us and beneficial to you.

If you are actively working in the industry with buyers and sellers, then reaching out to potential landlords and tenants is most likely not appealing to you. Yet, how many times has your phone rang with a desperate call from a tenant or landlord looking for assistance? In these economical times, im betting quite often. Im aware that following a "Lease" lead can seem daunting to you, wheres the income in that, right? I understand and i completely agree, if you are working with buyers and sellers, a lease lead is just not good use of your time! Well, what if all you had to do was collect minimum information from your caller and permission to have your leasing/management expert call them? You could increase your stream of income, by referring your caller to a professional team that handles this type of business daily. Allow us to present our company to you and introduce our referral incentives.

On the other hand, i believe there are individuals in this industry who are intrigued by the potential that Leasing and Property management has to offer. This is also great! Paragon Property Group GA wants to introduce themselves to you and believes we too, could form a valuable relationship. We are committed to building a company that offers excellence, building a team that can support this philosophy is the foundation for success. In order to proceed with the company dream, we need many souls. A group of individuals whom share the passion of Real Estate, are willing to grow in knowledge and value the company's vision. Allow us to introduce our company to you. We will tell you more about the services we provide and the benefits of working with "Paragon" in Property leasing and Management.

If you are reading this and are already active in Property Management and leasing, we would love to connect with you also!

If you are actively licensed in Real Estate, we want to discuss Property Management with you, because "whether you do or you dont, i think we could work together"

Making it happen

God gives food to every bird, but does not throw it into the nest.
Montenegrin proverb

I wake up every morning, usually after a good, solid, 9 hours of sleep. Im usually quick to get out of bed, I mean 9 hours probably is alot of sleep for most adults, so, it would be wrong for me to complain! Leaving the calming comfort of my mattress at 6.45am is not usually an issue. The first hour of my morning routine is identical (Monday through Friday.)It consists of myself and 3 children going through the motions of "preparing for our day."
We are up, beds made, dressed, fed, clean, pets needs met and have lunch packed, homework packed, planners signed and are backing out of the driveway by 7.33am!

It is so empowering to have such a productive hour. I mean everything that is on the list is done, i dont drop the kids off at school thinking i have forgot something, I am not anxious about what i still need to get done.
I arrive at my office 8.05am and sit at my desk. Then the craziest thing happens!!! I look up at the computer screen and its 10.43am. NOOOOOOO!!! I look again, yep, its10.44am. OK. I try to evaluate what happened in the 2hours and 38 minutes prior.............More time wasted!!

Recognizing where my issue lay was easy. I am a procrastinator of tying up loose ends. If i dont have a list, a plan, if i dont prioritize and write it down, im the one who yells "Ooh, a squirrel" It is a hard lesson to learn, even harder to discipline yourself, but time management is essential. I am great when it comes to meetings, give me a time and a day and i am there, prepared with expected material in hand for a successful productive show! However, if im at my desk, internet browser open and my phone is by my side, i can guarantee you that i am not getting anything productive done.

I really enjoyed the concept of "First Things First" by Stephen R Covey. It is actually a philosophy that is deeper than time management. It helped me develop a system of accomplishing all my goals, from making all the quick phone call to preparing a presentation for a potential client meeting and still having time to pick the kiddos up from school on time!

Sometimes, life is not perfect, i dont stick to my plan, i dont prioritize and i do get distracted. On those days, i like to announce that im taking a day off.

On the days where i have my plan, my systems are working, clients are satisfied, customers are happy, business associates compliment my ability, those are the days i work extra! I am fired up, excited, motivated and confident. "I am making it happen."
